WAN Services
A Wide Area Network (WAN) is a computer network that spans a relatively large geographical area. It normally consists of two or more Local-area networks (LANs). Computers connected to a WAN are often connected through the telephone system, DSL, leased lines etc.
Qualitynet’s WAN solution enables multiple users and PCs to access the Data/ Internet network simultaneously through a single connection, facilitating a cost effective and optimized infrastructure. Access can be shared as information is obtained more rapidly.
Our WAN solution offers a large range of interfaces for Data & Internet access, so that link capacity can be adapted to a company’s needs. This allows voice & data to be sent across private IP networks in a compressed form, Frame Relay, Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM), ADSL Private Data Network, International Private Leased Circuits (IPLC) and public ISDN / PSTN networks.

Wireless LAN Solutions & Services (WLAN)

Wi-Fi Analytics
Analytic service is supplementary to our Hotspots hardware that monitors Wireless Internet connections. This in turn helps in Data collection on the presence of Wi?Fi?enabled devices in or around the facility. Our Systems records the approximate location of a Wi?Fi device using data derived by observing broadcasts from that device. Such Data typically comes from a Network Management System, but our systems may also use a Raw Data feed from a WLAN controller or AP.
Wi-Fi Indoor Positioning System
Wi-Fi-based positioning system (WPS) or WiPS/WFPS is used where GPS is found to be inadequate, due to multipath and signal blockage. Such systems require Indoor Positioning Systems. Wi-Fi Positioning takes advantage of the rapid growth in Wireless Access Points in urban areas. Qualitynet is ready to provide such services to the market in Kuwait. The main areas of application could be Shopping malls, Universities, Museums etc.
